Applications for Earth Day 2012 will be available in February
Questions about exhibits? Email us.

Thank you for your interest in being an exhibitor. The purpose of Rogue Valley Earth Day is to teach people about actions they can take to improve the health of the planet and move towards a sustainable future. By bringing together numerous organizations, businesses, and individuals from across the region, we hope to inspire commitment, build community, and have fun.

Attention Exhibitors!
Exhibits must be related to environmental stewardship and sustainable living. Interactive, hands-on exhibits with engaging activities are best, and draw more people to your display. Make your exhibit interesting for repeat visitors; please consider adding something new or different each year.

Earth Day is a Zero Waste Event
Exhibitors are asked to do their part to make the event Zero Waste. Please make efforts to prevent or reduce waste generated by your exhibit; we'll help by providing ideas on how to do so.

Exhibitor Details…

  • While exhibit space is free, all exhibitors are expected to make a contribution to the event.
  • Exhibits must be related to sustainable living and environmental education.
  • The event will take place rain or shine! Please commit to being at the event if you register.
  • Tables and chairs are provided. We suggest that you provide a tent/shelter.
  • The table tops are not-so-aesthetical-pleasing plywood; we suggest bringing a tablecloth to cover your table.
  • Please have a representative at your exhibit throughout the event.
  • More than one exhibit staff person is recommended so that exhibitors can visit other displays, network, have a snack and enjoy the event.
  • Help make Earth Day 2010 a success. Tell your family, friends, neighbors, and colleagues to bike, walk, carpool, or ride the free RVTD shuttle to the event!
